Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order on Boostero, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies to every order placed after that date.

2. Boostero and the platforms

Boostero is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, Telegram or any other platform named on this website. We use platform names only to describe which platform a service works with.

Each platform has its own terms. You are responsible for using our services in line with the terms of the platforms you use them on.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your Boostero account and for keeping your login details safe.

We close accounts that pay with unauthorized or stolen cards or take part in other payment fraud.

If we suspend an account, a new account opened by the same person to get around the suspension will be closed, together with its balance. The same applies to extra accounts opened to use a coupon or promotion more than once, since each is limited to one use per account unless the offer says otherwise.

4. Orders and delivery

Check the link before you order, and make sure the account or post is public. If the account is private or the link cannot be used, the supplier cancels the order and the amount goes back to your balance. An order delivered to the link you entered cannot be refunded, even if it was the wrong one.
Do not run two orders for the same link and the same metric at the same time, whether both are on Boostero or one is with another provider. We cannot count the delivery correctly in that case, and such orders are not refunded.
Start and delivery times differ by service and are shown in each service's description. They are estimates. A fast start does not mean the whole quantity will be delivered in the same period.
We may change the provider or type of a service when that is needed to complete an order.
We deliver the quantity you order. Delivered followers, likes or views are not expected to interact with your content, and not every delivered account will have a profile picture, a bio or posts.
Refill applies only to services that state it, and only as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and payments

All prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price of an order is fixed when the order is placed.

If you pay in another currency, we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Boostero for adult content, for content that breaks the law, or for spam. We may block such orders without warning.
Do not try to get services in any way other than ordering them through the website or our API, and do not exploit bugs or errors in the system.

7. Resellers

If you resell our services, you are responsible for what you promise your own customers. Do not promise more than the description of our service states. You handle support and refunds for your own customers; we deal only with you.

8. Platform actions

Platforms change their rules and can remove content, counts or accounts. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account or content, and we do not give refunds or compensation for them.
