Keep the Invite Valid
A Discord invite expires after 7 days unless you change it. For an invite-link order, set the link to stay valid for the whole order and lift the limit on uses, so new members are not turned away halfway.
Leave Temporary Membership Off
Discord removes a member who joined with temporary membership as soon as they disconnect without a role. Keep that option off on the invite you send.
Online and Offline Accounts
The members are a mix of accounts that show online and accounts that show offline, so the online count in your member list rises by less than the total.
