Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

1. Account: your username, email address and password. If you sign up with the email form, you can also give a phone number.
2. Google Sign-In: if you sign up or log in with Google, your account uses the email address of your Google account. Section 3 explains what this data is used for.
3. Orders: the service, the link you give us, the quantity, the price and the status of each order.
4. Payments: the amount, method, status and time of each payment. Payments are processed by payment providers.
5. Support: the messages you send us in tickets, by email or on Telegram.
6. Technical data: your IP address, the time of your last login, and data that cookies and similar tools collect when you use the website (section 5).

2. How we use it

1. To run your account, process payments and deliver your orders.
2. To answer support requests.
3. To send you emails about your account, payments, orders and tickets, and our newsletters and offers. You can unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time with the link in each email.
4. If you gave a phone number and agreed to receive SMS, to send you SMS updates and offers. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
5. To protect the service from fraud and abuse.
6. To understand how the website is used.

3. Data from Google Sign-In

When you sign up or log in with Google, Google sends us your Google account's email address, which we use to create your account and log you in. After that we use it like any other account email: for messages about your account, payments, orders and tickets, and for our newsletters and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time with the link in each email.

1. We do not use data from Google Sign-In for advertising on other websites or apps, and we do not send it to advertising or ad-measurement services.
2. We do not sell it.
3. We share it only with the service providers in section 4 that we need to run your account and send these emails.

4. Who receives data

We share data with the service providers that help us run Boostero, and only what each one needs. They include:

1. Perfect Panel, the platform our panel runs on: all account, order and payment data.
2. ActiveCampaign, our email provider: your email address, username and account details such as balance, amount spent, last login and last payment.
3. Google: Google Analytics (website usage, only if you allow statistics cookies; it receives no contact details from our forms, and an email address that appears in a page address is removed before it is sent), Google Sign-In, reCAPTCHA on the password reset pages, Google Fonts and YouTube videos.
4. Ahrefs Web Analytics: pages visited, referrer and screen size, without cookies, and only if you allow statistics cookies.
5. GTranslate, our language switcher: when you choose another language, the page text is sent to Google Translate, and your choice is remembered in your browser.
6. SourceForge: the review badges in the footer of our pages are loaded from SourceForge, which receives your IP address and the page address.
7. Cloudflare: hosting of our own tools and the data they keep.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and similar tools

We use cookies that the website needs to work, such as your login session, security cookies and your cookie choice. Everything else is managed by our cookie banner, provided by Cookiebot, which asks for your consent where the law requires it:

1. Statistics: Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics run only if you allow statistics cookies.
2. Marketing: cookies that measure our advertising run only if you allow marketing cookies.

Some parts of the site load from other companies because the page needs them: the language switcher, Google Sign-In, reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, YouTube videos and the review badges in the footer (section 4).

6. What we never do

1. We do not sell your data.
2. We never ask for the password of your social media account. None of our services needs it, only a public link.
3. We do not contact the owners of the links you order for.

7. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists.

To ask for your account to be deleted, contact support. We suspend the account right away and ask Perfect Panel, the platform our panel runs on, to delete your personal data. Records of payments are kept for as long as the law requires.

8. Your choices

1. Unsubscribe from newsletters and offers with the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP.
2. Change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
3. Ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting support.

9. Changes and contact

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
