Panels and access
SMM panel
An SMM panel is a website that sells social media engagement, such as followers, likes and views, as individual services you order and have delivered to a link you provide.
On Boostero: Boostero is an SMM panel running since 2020, with services for 23+ platforms. See the service list.
Reseller panel
A reseller panel is an SMM panel used by people who buy services at wholesale rates and sell them on to their own customers.
On Boostero: resellers order through the website, through the API or through a child panel. See the reseller page.
Child panel
A child panel is a white-label SMM panel on your own domain that draws its services from a parent panel through the API, at prices you set.
On Boostero: child panels connect to the Boostero catalogue. See the reseller page.
API
An SMM panel API lets your own software place orders, check their status and read the service list without using the website.
On Boostero: the API has ten documented calls. There are no webhooks; instead, one status request covers up to 100 orders. See the API documentation.
Service ID
A service ID is the number that identifies one service in a panel's catalogue and in its API.
On Boostero: you send it as the service parameter when you order through the API. See the API documentation.
GLOSSARY
Before you order
Rate
The rate is the price of a service per 1,000 units, shown on the service before you order.
On Boostero: an order costs the rate times the quantity, divided by 1,000. At a rate of $2.00, an order of 2,500 costs $5.00.
Minimum and maximum order
The minimum and maximum are the smallest and largest quantity a service accepts in one order.
On Boostero: both are shown on every service before checkout. A first order at the minimum is a low-cost way to test a service before a larger one.
Order link
The order link is the URL of the profile, post, video or playlist an order is delivered to.
On Boostero: most service descriptions give a Link Example, and Boostero never asks for a password. An order delivered to the link you entered cannot be refunded, even if the link was wrong. See the refund policy.
Quality tier
A quality tier is a label in a service's name that separates several options for the same metric, such as Low, Medium and High Quality.
On Boostero: service names use High, Premium, Medium, Low and Best Quality. Compare the descriptions and the rates before choosing.
Country-targeted service
A country-targeted service is one labelled with a country or region, such as USA or Turkey, for buyers who want engagement aimed at that market.
On Boostero: the country or region is named in the service's name.
Start time
Start time is how long after you place an order a service begins delivering.
On Boostero: it varies by service. Most service descriptions show an estimated start time, and an estimate is not a promise. If an order has not started within 5 days, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of ordering. See the refund policy.
Speed
Speed is how quickly a service delivers once it has started, usually stated as an amount per day.
On Boostero: most service names state a speed per day, such as 5K/Day.
Average time
Average time is a panel's figure for how long recent orders of a service took to complete.
On Boostero: the New order form shows it for each service, calculated from the completion times of its latest orders.
Drip-feed
Drip-feed splits one order into several smaller runs delivered at a set interval, so a count rises gradually instead of all at once.
On Boostero: on services that offer it, tick Drip-feed on the order form and set the quantity for each run, the Runs and the Interval (minutes). The form shows the Total quantity, which is the quantity per run times the runs.
Subscription
A subscription delivers a service automatically to an account's new posts, instead of one order per post.
On Boostero: the form asks for the username, how many new posts to cover (and old posts, if any), a minimum and maximum quantity per post, a delay and an expiry date. It runs until the expiry date or until it has covered the new posts you entered, whichever comes first, and you are charged for each new post, not when you place the order.
Pending
Pending means the order has been received and has not started yet.
On Boostero: an order that has not started can be canceled by contacting support. If it has not started within 5 days, you can ask for a full refund.
In progress
In progress means delivery has begun.
On Boostero: an order in progress can be canceled with the Cancel button, where the service shows one, or by a ticket. We then ask the supplier to stop delivery; this usually works in time, but it is not certain. Whatever was not delivered comes back to your balance. See the refund policy.
Processing
Processing means the order has been accepted and is being prepared, and delivery has not started yet.
On Boostero: the order may still be on its way to the supplier, or the supplier may have it and not have started; either way nothing has been delivered. If it has not started within 5 days, you can ask for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Completed
Completed means the supplier reports the full quantity as delivered.
On Boostero: if a Completed order was not fully delivered, you can ask within 14 days for a refund of the part that is missing. See the refund policy.
Partial
Partial means delivery stopped before the full quantity was reached.
On Boostero: the part that was not delivered is refunded to your balance.
Canceled
Canceled means the order was stopped before delivery, for example because the account is private or the link cannot be used.
On Boostero: the full amount goes back to your balance.
Drop
A drop is a fall in a count after an order has been delivered.
On Boostero: platforms remove engagement from time to time, and the size of a drop varies. Whether a drop is covered depends on the service's refill terms.
Refill
A refill tops a count back up after a drop, at no extra charge, within the refill period a service states.
On Boostero: refill applies only to services whose name or description offers it. Use the Refill button on the order where it is shown, or contact support. See the refund policy.
Refill period
The refill period is how long after delivery a service's refill applies, stated in its name or description, for example 30 days.
On Boostero: the period appears in the service name, for example 30 Days Manual Refill or 60 Days Auto Refill.
No Refill
No Refill means a service has no refill and no refund if the count drops after delivery.
On Boostero: this holds however large the drop, even if all of it drops. See the refund policy.
Lifetime refill and non-drop
Lifetime refill and non-drop are labels some services carry instead of a fixed refill period.
On Boostero: our refund policy sets out exactly what they cover. See the refund policy.
The 100,000 rule
The 100,000 rule says refill does not apply if the account or post already had 100,000 or more of the ordered metric before the order started.
On Boostero: on counts that large, a drop from an order cannot be told apart from the account's normal changes. The rule applies to lifetime and non-drop services too. See the refund policy.
Balance
Your balance is the money on your Boostero account that orders are paid from.
On Boostero: it does not expire and stays for as long as the account is open. If you ask us to close the account, the remaining balance goes back to the payment method you paid with, minus any bonus. See the refund policy.
Deposit
A deposit adds money to your balance through a payment method.
On Boostero: Payoneer and bank transfer deposits are credited by hand, usually 12 to 24 hours from your first message.
Deposit bonus
A deposit bonus is extra balance added on top of a deposit, from a coupon, a promotion or a payment method's offer.
On Boostero: bonuses are deducted before any refund to a payment method. Pay $100, receive a $20 bonus and spend $20, and a refund to your payment method is $80. See the refund policy.
Refund
A refund returns money for an order that was not delivered in full or did not start in time.
On Boostero: ask within 14 days of ordering. Refunds go to your balance, and support can send them to your original payment method instead, minus any bonus. See the refund policy.
Chargeback
A chargeback is a payment reversal requested from a bank or payment provider instead of from the seller.
On Boostero: contact support first. How Boostero handles chargebacks and disputes is set out in the refund policy. See the refund policy.
GLOSSARY
Account and support
Support ticket
A support ticket is a written request opened from your account and answered there.
On Boostero: support also runs by email and on Telegram. See the contact page.
Loyalty levels
Loyalty levels are account tiers that lower your rates as your total spending grows.
On Boostero: every purchase counts toward the next level, and your current tier, its discount and the next threshold are shown on your account levels page once you are signed in. See the reseller page.
Affiliate program
An affiliate program pays a commission on deposits made by users who sign up through your referral link.
On Boostero: a commission is reversed if the deposit is refunded or disputed before it is paid out; commissions already paid out stay yours. See the affiliate program.
