If you are thinking of leaving Peakerr or JustAnotherPanel, the panel you move to matters less on the first day than what you leave behind: a balance that may not come back to your payment method, refill periods that only the old panel can act on, and an API integration whose service IDs mean nothing anywhere else. This guide covers what stays behind first, then what the API switch takes, then the figures we measured on both panels, including where they did better than we did.
We run Boostero, one of the panels you could move to, so read this as you would read any panel writing about its competitors. Every line about Peakerr or JustAnotherPanel gives the date we read or measured it, each source is linked where it is first named, and there is no ranking. For what the three panels publish about prices, platforms, support and terms, side by side, see our comparison of Boostero with JustAnotherPanel, Peakerr and SMM Follows, read on 14 October 2026.
How This Was Checked
On 2 November 2026 we read the two pages that decide what happens to your money and your refills when you leave: JustAnotherPanel's terms and Peakerr's refund policy, marked "Last updated: July 19, 2026". On 3 November we read the API documentation of all three panels and made read-only API calls on Peakerr, JustAnotherPanel and Boostero, from the accounts we used for an earlier test: the service list, the balance and the status of our own test orders. We placed no new order on any of them for this guide.
The order figures further down come from that earlier test: one order of 1,000 Instagram followers on each panel on 9 September 2026, each to its own account, counted until 7 October. One order per panel shows how that order went, not how a panel always performs.
What Stays Behind When You Leave
Your balance
Read on 2 November 2026, both panels return refunds to the balance, Peakerr's policy with the word "normally". JustAnotherPanel's terms say: "No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Just Another Panel." Peakerr's refund policy adds: "Returning funds to the original payment method is not automatic and may be subject to payment-provider rules, verification, fees, legal requirements, and the circumstances of the transaction."
So plan the move around the balance: stop adding funds to the old account, and use what is there on orders you would place anyway before you move your volume. Ask the same question of any panel you move to. On Boostero, refunds also go to the balance first, and you can ask support for a refund to your payment method instead; if you ask us to close the account, the remaining balance goes back to the payment method you paid with. Any bonus that was added is deducted first in both cases (our refund policy, sections 1 and 2).
Refill periods that are still running
A refill is requested on the panel where you placed the order, and it is sent to the link on that order, so only that panel can act on it. In our test, both services carried the period in their names: "[Refill: 30D]" on JustAnotherPanel's service 10142 and "[ Refill-365 Days ]" on Peakerr's service 36642. When we pressed the refill button on 21 September 2026, JustAnotherPanel acknowledged the request in 1.6 hours and Peakerr in 4.9 hours. Peakerr's refund policy, read on 2 November 2026, asks you to "Submit refill requests within the stated refill period."
Before you move, list the orders whose refill period is still running, and keep the old account open until the last one ends. A refill marked Completed is the panel's record that it ran, not proof that the followers stayed; what each account showed afterwards is in our refill test.
One link, one order at a time
Read on 2 November 2026, JustAnotherPanel's terms and Peakerr's refund policy both rule out a refund when two orders run on the same link at once, Peakerr's with the word "generally", and so does our refund policy. JustAnotherPanel's terms: "Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders." Peakerr's refund policy lists "Another provider or order is used on the same target at the same time" among the cases where "Refunds will generally not be provided", and its refill rules say "Do not place overlapping orders on the same target." Our refund policy rules out "Orders placed while another order for the same link and metric was running, on Boostero or with another provider".
A switch is when this rule is easiest to break. Wait until the old panel's order on a link has finished before the new panel's order on that link starts: with two deliveries on one count, no panel can tell whose followers dropped.
Your order history
Your order records are on the old panel's account, and a new panel starts with none of them. If you need them for client reports or for a refill later, read them before you go. On 3 November 2026, 55 days after the orders, the status call for our 9 September test order returned, on each panel: Completed, with a start count of 6 and 0 remaining, on Peakerr; Completed, 0 and 0, on JustAnotherPanel; and Completed, 56 and 0, on Boostero. Each start count matches the followers that account had before its order. On 3 November all three API pages said the status call takes up to 100 order IDs, so 1,000 open orders take 10 requests.
What the API Switch Involves
On 3 November 2026, Peakerr's API documentation, JustAnotherPanel's and ours described the same actions, services, add, status, refill, refill status, cancel and balance, and the same example responses, down to the sample values. All three pages loaded files from storage.perfectcdn.com, the file server of Perfect Panel, the script Boostero runs on. The calls agreed with each other: the same day, each panel answered at /api/v2 on its own domain, the service list, balance and status responses from Peakerr, JustAnotherPanel and Boostero carried the same field names, and the multiple-order status form came back keyed by order ID on all three. For an integration, the calls need only two values changed: the endpoint URL and the key.
What does not move is the meaning of a service ID. Service 10142 on JustAnotherPanel, 36642 on Peakerr and 5255 on Boostero were all Instagram followers on 9 September, at three prices. On 3 November the service list returned 2,236 services on Peakerr and 5,779 on JustAnotherPanel to our test accounts, and Boostero's public list held 1,815 the same day; "refill": true was set on 228, 358 and 36 of them. That flag is not the refill term. On 3 November, on ours, a service with a refill button on its order carried true, and a non-drop service refilled by ticket carried false. Peakerr's 36642 and JustAnotherPanel's 10142 carried false that day, although their names state a refill period and our orders on both showed a refill button when we used it on 21 September. Map every service you sell by hand: the platform, the rate, the minimum and maximum, the cancel flag, and the refill period the service states in its name or description. A service ID copied from the old panel means nothing on the new one.
The order types differ too. On 3 November JustAnotherPanel's documentation listed 16 kinds of add order, ours 11 and Peakerr's 7, all seven of them among ours. If you sell one that only JustAnotherPanel documents, such as Web Traffic or Invites from Groups, check that the panel you move to has it before you move.
Perfect Panel has no webhook, so order status is polled; on 3 November none of the three API pages documented one, and ours states that there is none. On Boostero, 170 sequential requests at about nine per second all returned HTTP 200 when we measured on 4 September 2026, and our API page recommends about one request per second with order IDs batched. We did not load-test Peakerr's or JustAnotherPanel's API, and on 3 November neither of their pages stated a rate measurement. One more thing to plan for: Perfect Panel checks the service ID, the quantity and the balance, not the link. A test order we sent through our own API on 4 September 2026 with "notaurl" as its link was charged and reported completed. We placed no such order on Peakerr or JustAnotherPanel; check links on your side whichever panel you use. Our guide for resellers covers building for polling.
What We Measured on Both Panels
On 9 September 2026 we ordered 1,000 Instagram followers on each of seven panels and counted what arrived and what stayed. These are the rows for Peakerr, JustAnotherPanel and Boostero; the full test has all seven, with its method.
| Panel, service | Price per 1,000 (USD, listed before the 9 Sep orders) | Minutes to first follower | Minutes to completion | Delivered |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boostero, 5255 | 2.43 | 3 | 27 | 1,310 |
| JustAnotherPanel, 10142 | 2.079 | 69 | 295 | 1,222 |
| Peakerr, 36642 | 2.2914 | 255 | 385 | 1,335 |
| Panel, service | Still there of the 1,000 ordered, 21 Sep | Still there, 7 Oct (after a refill request) | Photo, post, bio (of 20 recent followers, 7 Oct) | Minutes to a support reply (one question, 7 Sep) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boostero, 5255 | 1,033 | 965 | 18, 14, 12 | 6 |
| JustAnotherPanel, 10142 | 231 | 139 | 12, 6, 2 | 167 |
| Peakerr, 36642 | 18 | 40 | 15, 11, 0 | 25 |
Followers already on an account before its order are left out of the still-there counts. This is one order per panel, on one platform, over one month; another service or another month could go differently. A panel delivers the follows; what Instagram keeps on an account afterwards is Instagram's call, and nothing here says why any follower left. Our service 5255 was not in our public list on 3 November 2026; Peakerr's 36642 and JustAnotherPanel's 10142 were still in their lists on 3 November.
Where Peakerr and JustAnotherPanel Did Better
Both listed a lower price than ours on the service we tested: 2.079 USD per 1,000 on JustAnotherPanel and 2.2914 USD on Peakerr, against our 2.43, before the 9 September orders. On 21 September 2026, JustAnotherPanel acknowledged its refill request faster than we did, in 1.6 hours against our 2.2. And its homepage named more than 40 platforms on 14 October 2026, against the 23+ Boostero lists. If one of those is what your business turns on, it is a reason to stay, or to check the panel you move to for it.
A Switching Checklist
- Stop adding funds to the old balance, and use what is there before you move your volume.
- List the refill periods still running, and keep the old account open until the last one ends.
- Save the status of every order you may need later: status, start count and remains.
- Read the new panel's service list, before you register if it is public, and map each service you sell: rate, minimum and maximum, the refill period it states, and cancel.
- Ask support one question before you deposit, and note how long the answer takes.
- Place one small order per service you will sell, on a link no other order is running on.
- Change the endpoint URL and the key, keep polling, and check each link on your side before you call add.
Choosing the Panel You Move To
This guide does not name one, and in our test no panel led on every measure. What you can check on any candidate before you deposit is public: whether the service list and each service's terms can be read before you register, what the refund policy says about the balance, how a refill is requested, and whether the API page states what was measured. Our side-by-side comparison, read on 14 October 2026, sets out what Boostero, JustAnotherPanel, Peakerr and SMM Follows publish on prices, platforms, support, refill and refunds.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my JustAnotherPanel balance if I leave?
Under its terms, read on 2 November 2026, it stays on JustAnotherPanel: they say "No refunds will be made to your payment method" and "You must use your balance on orders from Just Another Panel." Use the balance on orders before you move your volume.
Can I get my Peakerr balance back to my payment method?
Not automatically. Peakerr's refund policy, read on 2 November 2026, says eligible refunds will normally be returned to the Peakerr balance, and that a return to the original payment method "is not automatic and may be subject to payment-provider rules, verification, fees, legal requirements, and the circumstances of the transaction." Ask Peakerr's support before you count on it.
Do Peakerr and JustAnotherPanel run on the same software as Boostero?
On 3 November 2026 their API documentation and ours described the same actions and example responses, all three answered our calls at /api/v2, their service list, balance and status responses carried the same field names as ours, and all three pages loaded files from Perfect Panel's file server. Service IDs, prices and refill periods still differ from panel to panel.
Will my API integration work on another panel?
Where the calls match, as the three panels' calls did on 3 November 2026, the change is the endpoint URL and the key. The service IDs are not the same: map each service you sell to the new panel's ID, rate, minimum, maximum and stated refill period, and test with one small order per service before you move volume.
Can I still ask for a refill after I switch?
The request goes to the panel where you placed the order, within the refill period its service states, so keep that account open until the period ends. Do not start a new panel's order on the same link while the old order is running: JustAnotherPanel's terms and our refund policy do not refund overlapping orders, and Peakerr's refund policy says refunds will generally not be provided for them (theirs read on 2 November 2026).
What are the alternatives to Peakerr and JustAnotherPanel?
Any panel you can check before you deposit; this guide does not rank them. In our test of 9 September 2026, seven panels took the same order of 1,000 Instagram followers, Boostero, JustAnotherPanel, MoreThanPanel, Peakerr, PRM4U, SMMWiz and YoYo Media, and no panel led on every measure. Run any candidate through the balance, refill and API checks in this guide.
