Boostero ran this test on itself and six competitors, with one order and one account per panel. On 9 September 2026 we ordered 1,000 Instagram followers on each of seven panels, each for a separate account, and on 21 September, twelve days later, we asked each panel for a refill. Every figure below is one measured order on one panel, not a statistic.
A refill is a part of an order you cannot check before you pay, so this post answers what refill means on an SMM panel by asking for one: what each panel said before the order, what its terms say voids a refill, and what was on each account when we counted again. Before you order, five checks on the service page are worth running: whether the refill period is stated on the service itself, whether it shows before checkout, whether a refill is automatic or needs a ticket, what counts as a drop, and whether anything in the catalogue says "no refill". They are set out in a checklist we wrote for SMMCollection. This post starts after the order, when you ask.
What Refill Means on an SMM Panel
A refill replaces followers, likes or views that drop after an order has been delivered, without a second charge, on services that offer one and for the period the panel states. It comes from a refill button on the order, from a support ticket quoting the order ID, or automatically. The period is usually written into the service name, and what ends it sits in the panel's terms.
A refill is not a refund: it sends more of what you bought to the same link, where a refund returns money. On a service sold with no refill, a drop after delivery gets neither, under our policy and under the terms of JustAnotherPanel and MoreThanPanel. Some services, ours included, are sold as non-drop or with lifetime refill. Our refund policy sets out exactly what that covers on Boostero; on any other panel, that panel's own terms decide.
How the Test Was Run
On 9 September 2026 we ordered 1,000 Instagram followers on each of seven panels: Boostero, JustAnotherPanel, MoreThanPanel, Peakerr, PRM4U, SMMWiz and YoYo Media. Each order went to its own account, which no other panel delivered to. On each panel we took the Instagram followers service with a refill option priced closest to 3.00 USD per 1,000. PRM4U and MoreThanPanel had none near that price, so we took their closest service: PRM4U's service 4627 at 4.00 USD per 1,000, sold with no refill, and MoreThanPanel's service 10036 at 3.69 USD per 1,000, sold as non drop. The services were 5255 on Boostero, 10142 on JustAnotherPanel, 10036 on MoreThanPanel, 36642 on Peakerr, 4627 on PRM4U, 21386 on SMMWiz and 13599 on YoYo Media.
On 21 September, day 12, every account showed fewer followers than when its order completed. That afternoon we filed one refill request per panel, with the refill button where the order had one and through support where it did not, noted when each request was acknowledged, and counted every account again on 7 October. Counts are followers as Instagram displayed them, and a screenshot of each is kept.
Five accounts had followers before the 9 September orders: 56 on Boostero's, 60 on MoreThanPanel's, 6 on Peakerr's, 329 on PRM4U's and 1 on YoYo Media's. They are inside every count, and named beside each account's result in the list below. This is one order per panel, on one platform, over one month; another service or another month could go differently.
What Each Panel Said Before the Order
Six of the seven services stated a refill term in the service name, which is where a buyer reads it before paying. As listed when we ordered:
- Boostero, 5255: a refill button, with the refill period stated in the service name.
- JustAnotherPanel, 10142: "[Refill: 30D]".
- MoreThanPanel, 10036: "Optimized For Non Drop", and no refill period.
- Peakerr, 36642: "[ Refill-365 Days ]", with a description that mentioned a drop ratio of 0 to 5 percent.
- PRM4U, 4627: "[Real User: No Refill]".
- SMMWiz, 21386: "[ 30 Days Refill ]".
- YoYo Media, 13599: "[365 Days Refill]".
Behind the names sit each panel's terms, quoted below where they say what voids a refill. Two say nothing about refill at all. The SMMWiz terms page, read on 7 October, does not mention it, although the SMMWiz homepage says "Every service includes a refill button or auto-refill, ensuring a very low drop ratio and reliable long-term performance." The YoYo Media terms page carried no terms text when we read it the same day, so for that panel the service name was the only refill term we found. Our ten-panel audit in September read the other panels' refill wording from their homepages, checked our own services directly, and found refill terms stated per service only on ours. The Instagram followers services we ordered on JustAnotherPanel, Peakerr and SMMWiz state a refill period in the service name too, so that finding did not hold, and the audit now carries a dated correction.
What Happened When We Asked
One request per panel, filed on 21 September 2026. Hours are the time to acknowledgement, not to delivery, and each count is the number of followers on the account.
- Boostero, service 5255, refill button: acknowledged in 2.2 hours; the count went from 1,089 on 21 Sep to 1,021 on 7 Oct (56 of those followers were on the account before the order). The order page showed the refill as Completed, and the account showed 1,366 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
- JustAnotherPanel, service 10142, refill button: acknowledged in 1.6 hours, and the order page showed the refill as Completed; the count went from 231 on 21 Sep to 139 on 7 Oct. The account showed 1,222 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
- MoreThanPanel, service 10036, support ticket: acknowledged in 7.1 hours, and the refill arrived more than seven days after the request; the count went from 920 on 21 Sep to 1,089 on 7 Oct (60 of those followers were on the account before the order). The account showed 1,100 when the order completed on 10 Sep.
- Peakerr, service 36642, refill button: acknowledged in 4.9 hours, and the order page showed the refill as Completed; the count went from 24 on 21 Sep to 46 on 7 Oct (6 of those followers were on the account before the order). The account showed 1,341 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
- PRM4U, service 4627, support message: declined; support replied that the order was for a service sold without refill, so none was available. The count went from 1,121 on 21 Sep to 1,028 on 7 Oct (329 of those followers were on the account before the order). The account showed 1,207 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
- SMMWiz, service 21386, refill button: acknowledged in 6.5 hours, and the refill arrived more than seven days after the request; the count went from 628 on 21 Sep to 1,210 on 7 Oct. The account showed 1,238 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
- YoYo Media, service 13599, refill button: acknowledged in 4.4 hours; the panel has no page that shows a refill's status, so we cannot say whether one ran. The count went from 281 on 21 Sep to 187 on 7 Oct (1 of those followers was on the account before the order). The account showed 964 when the order completed on 9 Sep.
What the Results Show
"Completed" is the panel's status, not your count
On Boostero, JustAnotherPanel and Peakerr, the order page showed the refill as Completed; ours is the first line of the list above. On 7 October, JustAnotherPanel's account (service 10142) showed 139 followers, down from 231 on 21 September and against 1,222 when its order completed on 9 September. Peakerr's (service 36642) showed 46, up from 24 on 21 September but against 1,341 when its order completed on 9 September. Completed is the panel's record that the refill was processed. It does not say the followers stayed: a count read weeks later shows what is left once any refill and any later drop have both happened, and only the count on the account says what you have.
Acknowledged is not delivered
Six panels acknowledged the request within 1.6 to 7.1 hours on 21 September. The two largest rises by 7 October, SMMWiz's (service 21386) from 628 to 1,210 and MoreThanPanel's (service 10036) from 920 to 1,089, came from refills that arrived more than seven days after the request. A count taken the day after asking can miss a refill that is still on its way.
A longer period did not mean a higher count
The two services sold with 365 days of refill, Peakerr's 36642 and YoYo Media's 13599, had the lowest and third-lowest counts on 7 October, at 46 and 187, with JustAnotherPanel's 30-day service 10142 between them at 139. The same three were already the lowest on 21 September, before any request, so this says more about what each order kept than about the refill itself. The period on a service tells you how long you may ask, not how much will be there.
"No refill" meant no refill, and "non drop" was refilled
PRM4U's service 4627 was sold with no refill, and support declined the request, as the name said it would. MoreThanPanel's service 10036 stated no refill period, only "Optimized For Non Drop", and it was refilled after a support ticket. Read the name, and ask anyway.
What Voids a Refill
A refill is sent to the link on the original order and measured against what that order delivered. Three things break one or the other, and four of the seven panels write at least one of them into their terms, though only MoreThanPanel and Peakerr tie them to the refill itself.
Changing the handle
On Instagram the profile link is the username, so after a new handle the link on the order no longer reaches the account. The MoreThanPanel terms make a refill conditional on "The target link/username has not been changed or made private", and the Peakerr refund policy asks you to "Keep the account, post, video, or channel public and unchanged." The other five panels' terms, ours included, do not mention a changed username, but the mechanics are the same everywhere: a refill sent to the old link cannot reach a renamed account.
Going private
A private account blocks delivery, and a refill is a delivery. The JustAnotherPanel terms say "Private accounts would not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering." MoreThanPanel's and Peakerr's refill rules require the account to stay public, as quoted above, and our terms cover it at the order: if the account is private, "the supplier cancels the order and the amount goes back to your balance." The other three panels do not mention it.
The same link on two orders at once
With two orders running on one account, on one panel or two, nobody can tell which order's followers dropped, so nobody can work out what to refill. JustAnotherPanel's terms put it plainly: "Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case." Our terms extend the rule to an order that is "with another provider", and so does Peakerr's refund policy, which does not refund when "Another provider or order is used on the same target at the same time." MoreThanPanel warns against "multiple orders for the exact same target link simultaneously". PRM4U, SMMWiz and YoYo Media do not mention it. It is also why this test used one account per panel.
Two more limits
Boostero and PRM4U both rule out a refill on an account or post that already had a very large count before the order: 100,000 or more of the ordered metric in our policy, and over 100,000 followers, likes or views in the PRM4U terms. Both give the same reason, in our policy's words: "On counts that large, a drop from our delivery cannot be told apart from the normal changes of the account or post." And a request has to arrive inside the period on the service; Peakerr's refund policy says "Submit refill requests within the stated refill period."
Where We Lose
Our own result on service 5255, in the form we use wherever it is quoted: acknowledged in 2.2 hours; the count went from 1,089 on 21 Sep to 1,021 on 7 Oct (56 of those followers were on the account before the order). Our order page marked the refill Completed, and the count on 7 October was still lower than on the day of the request, while three other accounts rose between 21 September and 7 October: SMMWiz's (service 21386), MoreThanPanel's (service 10036) and Peakerr's (service 36642), the last from 24 to 46.
Net of the followers each account had before its order, SMMWiz's and MoreThanPanel's accounts held more than ours on 7 October, both after refills that arrived more than seven days after the request. Counted as a share of what each panel delivered, which favours a panel that delivered less, PRM4U's account (service 4627) also kept more than ours on 7 October: 79.6 percent against our 73.7 percent. And on 21 September, JustAnotherPanel (service 10142) acknowledged its request faster than we did, in 1.6 hours against 2.2.
Two policies elsewhere go further than ours. MoreThanPanel's terms refund the unfulfilled part of an order to the account balance if two consecutive refill attempts fail, while our refund policy names a refill, not a refund, as the remedy for a drop on non-drop and lifetime services. And MoreThanPanel and Peakerr tie a refill to an unchanged account, where our terms do not mention a changed username. None of this ranks anyone: it is one order per panel, and the list above is the result.
How to Ask for a Refill
- Count before you ask. Screenshot the count on the account, with the date. The panel shows what it delivered; the account shows what is left.
- Ask once, with the order ID. Use the refill button where the order has one, and a ticket quoting the order ID where it does not.
- Count again a week later. In this test the two largest rises in count, on SMMWiz (service 21386) and MoreThanPanel (service 10036), came from refills that arrived more than seven days after the 21 September request.
- Treat "Completed" as a status. Check it against your screenshot before you accept it.
- Leave the account alone while the period runs. Keep it public, keep the handle, and keep the link off a second panel.
The same rule runs through any order report: a count read off the platform outweighs any status a panel shows, which our guide to the social media marketing report covers in full. On our side, each service states the terms that apply to it, including refill coverage, before you order, whether you are buying Instagram followers or anything else in the catalogue.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is refill in an SMM panel?
A refill replaces followers, likes or views that drop after an order is delivered, without a second charge, on services that offer one and for the period the panel states on the service. It comes from a refill button on the order, from a support ticket, or automatically. It is not a refund: a refill sends more to the same link, and a refund returns money.
How was this refill test run?
On 9 September 2026 we ordered 1,000 Instagram followers on each of seven panels, Boostero and six competitors, with one account per panel. Each order went to the service with a refill option priced closest to 3.00 USD per 1,000, or to the closest service where a panel had none near that price. On 21 September we filed one refill request per panel, and on 7 October we counted every account again. It is one measured order per panel, not a statistic.
Does a refill marked Completed mean the followers came back?
Not necessarily. On Boostero, JustAnotherPanel and Peakerr, the order page showed the refill as Completed; our own count is in the last answer below. On 7 October, JustAnotherPanel's account (service 10142) showed 139 followers, down from 231 on 21 September; Peakerr's (service 36642) showed 46, up from 24 on 21 September but against 1,341 when its order completed on 9 September. Check the count on the account against a dated screenshot.
How long does an SMM panel refill take?
In our test, six panels acknowledged the request within 1.6 to 7.1 hours on 21 September 2026, but acknowledgement is not delivery: the two largest rises in count, on SMMWiz (service 21386) and MoreThanPanel (service 10036), came from refills that arrived more than seven days after the request. Count again a week after asking, not the next day.
What voids a refill on an SMM panel?
Mainly three things, because a refill goes to the link on the original order: changing the handle, making the account private, and running the same link on two orders at once. Peakerr's terms name all three; MoreThanPanel's name the first two and warn against duplicate orders on the same link. Boostero and PRM4U also rule out a refill on an account or post that already had 100,000 or more of the ordered metric (Boostero) or over 100,000 followers, likes or views (PRM4U) before the order.
Can you get a refill on a service sold without one?
Do not count on it. PRM4U declined our request on service 4627, which was sold with no refill, as its name said. A service that simply states no refill period can differ: MoreThanPanel refilled its non-drop service 10036 after a support ticket. Asking costs nothing.
What happened to Boostero's own refill request?
On service 5255, ordered 9 September 2026: acknowledged in 2.2 hours; the count went from 1,089 on 21 Sep to 1,021 on 7 Oct (56 of those followers were on the account before the order). On 7 October, SMMWiz's and MoreThanPanel's accounts held more than ours net of their pre-order followers, and PRM4U's kept a larger share of what it delivered.
